Imaginations and dreams determine the atmosphere. The dancers act with and against each other. The intervention of each in the others world permanently guides the action into new directions.
Perceptions and behaviour are often changed only by little gestures.
Levels of reality are interlocked, gear into each other and present themselves in duets, trios, quartets and solos.
'Things from above' dominate action, imagination and dreams.
Subtle balancing of power on and around a couch provoke imaginative, absurd, yet comic scenes. Imaginations, visions and dreams, "The Things from Above ", render independent.

"The company PILOTTANZT, which is visiting Copenhagen for the first time belongs to the absolute new dynamic and exciting part of the Austrian dance scene. Roderich Madl found a very personal form in his choreographic language, which is not loaded with words and which describes the challenges one is faced with. Communication between people and the thread of loosing it is the starting point for Madl´s choreographic work. The dancers performe fantasies and dreams with almost diturbing naturalness. The compact performance (Things from Above) is dynamic, darmatic and challenges and changes our conventional opinion about obsession and repression."

"Unfortunatly the company Pilottanzt was only invited to show part of their highly sensible sofa-piece "Things from Above" to Elvis songs. An excursion to the fleetingness of dreams and deception in relationships, solidly and homogenously put on stage. The trio in this part creates moods, which stay in mind for a long time."
